Sehr geehrtes jotform team,
ich habe vor einiger Zeit 3 Formulare angefertigt.
Diese sind jetzt jedoch leider weg. Das heißt ich finde sie nicht mehr und kann sie somit auch nicht mehr bearbeiten.
Die Links zu den Formularen gehen noch und man kann sie auch noch ausfüllen. Aber eben leider nicht mehr bearbeiten, was ein großes Problem darstellt.
Da die Links noch gehen, gehe ich davon aus, dass es diese Formulare noch irgendwo geben muss.
Es wäre schön wenn diese Problem bald behoben werden kann.

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, since you mentioned that the form links are still active and can be submitted, you can share the Form URL with us so we can assist in determining where the form was created.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hello Leni,
I reviewed the forms URLs us shared with us, and it seems these form belong to another user account. If you are familiar with the email, blaskapelle****@googlemail.com I suggest trying to log in using this account. Also, you can try to rest your password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.

Thank you so much.
I know this e-mail and have used it to register. Now all my forms are there.
