Hallo,
Vielen Dank.
Gruß

Hi Rene,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you share the link to the form in question? If a product is not available for delivery or out of quantity, you can always edit your form to change its quantity or disable it. However, if you're referring to changing their order, yes it is possible by adding the edit link on the Autoresponder email. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Now, click on Emails in the left panel.
- Next, hover your mouse on Autoresponder 1 and click the Pencil Icon.
- Finally, click on Form Fields button and click Edit Link then click on Save button.
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hallo Silvano,

Hi Rene,
To add a status field to your store products, you can follow the steps below.
- Open Jotform Tables
- Go to your form’s Tables view.
- Click “+ Add Column”
- You’ll find the plus icon on the far right of the table.
- Choose “Single Selection”
- This allows you to choose one status per entry.
- Name the Column
- Enter Status as the column name.
- Add Options
- Enter your status options such as:
- Pending
- Approved
- Canceled
- Delivered
- Out of Stock
- Click “Create Column”
- The new Status field will be added and you can start updating it per submission.
Please give it a try, and let us know if you have any further questions.

Hallo Saban,

Hello Rene,
As a fellow Jotformer, I wanted to share a quick workaround with you!
Unfortunately, there's no direct way to change the quantity of individual items within an order through the Jotform App itself. However, you can manage this via Jotform Tables by editing the submission data:
- Open Jotform Tables and navigate to the table with your orders.
- Click on the cell containing the quantity of the item you want to adjust.
- Edit the quantity directly in the cell and save the change.
Please note that this only updates your internal data, customers won’t be notified automatically.
Hope this helps.

Hi Rene,
Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to edit the quantity information for orders submitted through the App Product List. However, I’d like to offer an alternative solution that may work better for your needs.
You can create a new form using the Classic Form layout and add the Product List element from the Form Elements panel.
Within the Product Settings, you can enable Stock Control, which allows you to manage available stock and set stock alerts.
Once your form is ready, go to the App Builder, and from the Widgets tab, add the Iframe Embed widget.
Then, in the widget’s settings, paste the URL of your new form (e.g., https://form.jotform.com/{formId}) into the Frame URL field.
This way, you can:
- Use stock management features for your products
- Display the form within your app
- And edit the quantity of orders via the Inbox or Tables view
Please give it a try, and feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!
