Ferienhaus-Abreise-Checkliste

Hallo

Gerne würde ich eine Abreise-Checkliste erstellen.

1. Unter den Vorlagen kann ich suchen mit verschiedenen Stichworten, aber ich finde nichts.
2. In einem zweiten Schritt würde ich die Checkliste mit und/oder-Bedingungen rsp. mit der Anreise und/oder-Bedingungen füllen.

Könntest du mir bitte einen Link für eine entsprechende Vorlage geben?

Now, coming back to your question, what are the elements/fields included in the form so I can check if we can find the closest Template? If it's not available, you may need to build it from scratch. With the condition, do you want to show/hide the field based on the answer to the field? Can you also provide more information about the condition?
