Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I believe you're referring to this form. When I checked your account, I saw that you have enabled Jotform Sign Automation in your form. Keep in mind that it's not possible to edit the signed documents. You can only edit the regular submissions.
If you want to receive regular submissions, then you need to disable the Jotform Sign Automation in your form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, go to Signature element.
- Click on the Signature Pen icon and toggle Enable Jotform Sign Automation to OFF position.
After disabling the Jotform Sign Automation, you'll start receiving regular submissions instead of a Signed Document, and you can edit the submissions. Keep in mind that by disabling Jotform Sign Automation, you can't get the following features:
- Automatically turn signed submissions into PDF documents
- Receive an audit trail for each signed document
- Disable submission editing
- Require form users to give consent for their signatures
