Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create a Jotform App using your form in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your Workspace page, click on Type at the top of the page, and in the Dropdown menu, uncheck the boxes next to all the assets except Forms.
2. Next, hover your mouse over the form and click on More on the right side of the page.
3. Then, select Create App.
