How can we highlight the Lease Start Date and the Lease Expiration Date?

On the first page, can we highlight the Lease Start Date and the Lease Expiration Date in yellow, like the other yellow fields?

Hi Doug,

Yes, it's possible to show the Lease Start Date and the Lease Expiration Date in the Sign Document. To do that, you need to add two date fields and enter a customized date. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Sign Document Builder, click on Date element in the menu on the left.

2. Add two Date elements in the form and click on Gear icon beside the Date element.

3. Now, go to Options tab in the menu on the right and click on Custom under the Default Date section.

4. Then, enter the date that you want to show to the filler.

5. Go to Advanced tab in the menu on the right and toggle Read Only to ON position. This will prevent the filler from changing the starting or ending date.

Now, when you send the document to the filler, they can see the starting and ending date. Also, then won't be able to change the date. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Unfortunately, this did not answer my question. Specifically, I am trying to highlight two of the gray fields in yellow. The Lease Sign Date and Lease Expiration date are currently gray. I would like them to be yellow. How can I do that?

I reviewed your signed document 251909360982061 and noticed that you've already added a yellow color to the input fields for Lease Start Date and Lease Expiration Date. I've included a screenshot of the document below for reference:

Just to clarify — are you trying to change the font color of the labels “Lease Start Date” and “Lease Expiration Date” to yellow? If so, that change would need to be made on your end. You can update the font color to yellow in your source file and then re-import it into Jotform.

If that's not what you were referring to, could you please share a screenshot highlighting exactly which text or area you'd like to update? That will help us assist you more accurately.
