Challenge

Sigma Alpha Epsilon relied on hundreds of online forms to manage data collection, internal workflows, and membership processes. However, manually tracking form submissions, managing approvals, and keeping up with daily data requests proved time-intensive and inefficient. With more than 500 forms and 41,000 submissions, locating specific information and ensuring smooth collaboration across the organization became increasingly difficult.

Solution

The fraternity turned to Jotform’s integrations and mobile capabilities to streamline operations. By leveraging Jotform’s Google Sheets integration, they automated tracking and sharing of submissions. The Jotform Mobile Forms app enabled staff to access, edit, and manage forms on the go, eliminating the need for constant laptop access. Additionally, the form-assignment feature allowed for secure collaboration, making it easier to delegate and monitor form responses.

Results

With Jotform, Sigma Alpha Epsilon improved efficiency in data collection and internal approvals. The mobile app provided immediate access to crucial form data, saving time for staff managing high volumes of submissions. The fraternity also enhanced collaboration by securely assigning forms to teammates, ensuring a seamless workflow without overwhelming notifications.
