Navigating your Jotform interface just got easier.
The next time you log into your Jotform account, you’ll notice that your homepage is now My Workspace. This update will improve your work by making it more intuitive to access, organize, and manage all of your Jotform assets from one home base!
We’re always looking for ways to make it easier for you to get more done, faster. So with that in mind — and with your helpful feedback — we’ve reorganized things to offer a better layout and more streamlined capabilities at the click of a button.
The new My Workspace offers:
- Better product discoverability, with a variety of asset types in a single view
- New features that elevate design and streamline asset creation, like a mixed listing, labeling, breadcrumbs, and a central hub
- Increased accessibility to shared asset folders
- Overall improved navigation to find the latest Jotform solutions

Find your assets faster
Implementing a better way to navigate through and organize your Jotform assets was a top priority for My Workspace.
All of your assets — Forms, Tables, Workflows, AI Agents, Sign documents, Apps, and Boards — are now listed on your Jotform homepage. No more searching for the assets you’ve created or needing to navigate between multiple pages. With the new mixed listing, it’s much easier to view all of your assets in one place.
Pro Tip
Your My Workspace page replaces your My Forms page as the homepage of your Jotform account. Note that you can still access My Forms from the My Workspace dropdown in the menu bar.
The Type dropdown allows you to filter which assets to display. For example, if you want to list forms only, select the Forms option in the dropdown menu. As an added convenience, the asset types you set here will remain in place the next time you log into your account.
You can also choose how you’d like to sort your assets by using the Creation Date dropdown, which lets you sort by title, creation date, or last edit. Depending on which assets you’re viewing, you can also sort by submission count and other options.
An improved interface
We believe you do your best work in supportive and comfortable spaces. That’s why My Workspace makes creating new assets — from forms to apps — easier than ever. Just click the Create button and you’ll have your pick of Jotform’s solutions.
Another enhanced user experience element is the breadcrumb in the toolbar. If you use labels to organize your Jotform assets, this interface element helps you keep track of where you are and navigate seamlessly through your assets.
Smarter collaboration
Your My Workspace page’s sidebar also has other helpful navigation tools. You’ll see a few categories: Shared with me, Assigned to me, Sent, and Drafts.
Shared with me shows assets other users have created and shared with you.
Assigned to me shows forms and workflows users have assigned to you.
Sent shows AI Agent conversations you’ve had and forms you’ve submitted.
Drafts shows forms you’ve started filling out but not yet submitted.
Better accessibility
If you’re a member of Jotform Enterprise, the My Workspace sidebar also shows your Team Workspaces. This lets you see all teams you’re a part of and easily navigate to their individual Team Workspace pages to view and manage team assets.
If you’re unfamiliar with Jotform Teams, it allows you to create shared workspaces for multiple teams within your organization. You can share ownership of Jotform assets, such as apps, workflows, and agents. Additionally, role-based access provides visibility for administrators and flexible options for managers. Jotform Teams is an Enterprise feature, so talk to our Enterprise representatives today if you’re interested in this option.
