It’s no secret that Jotform makes it easy to collect payments for your organization. But did you know Jotform enables recurring payments? This functionality comes in handy for nonprofits who rely on monthly donations, or businesses that charge a monthly subscription fee for their services.
Most of our payment partners, like PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, Authorize.Net, and Paymill enable you to collect recurring payments. It’s just a matter of setting it up through JotForm. The good news? It’s incredibly simple.
Start by selecting which payment provider you’d like to use under “Payments” in the sidebar to the left of the form you’re editing.
For this example, I’ve chosen PayPal Personal, but any number of other payment options work well. After choosing your payment processor, you’ll have to choose a payment option from the payment wizard. Choose “Sell Subscriptions” to enable recurring payments on your form and then “Continue”.
Next, you should click “Create New Subscription” button.
You’ll be prompted to fill in a few subscription details, like the monthly price options and any time limitations.
Now you’re all set! Check out a preview version of your form to see how it looks live. Below is a quick example of a recurring donation form created in less than three minutes.
Recurring payments are crucial for many businesses, nonprofits, and schools. Here at Jotform, we wanted to offer our users the ability to set up a monthly revenue stream for your organization without needing to know how to code.
The great thing about creating a recurring payment form with Jotform is that you can easily embed the form straight onto your website by copying and pasting some code, or you can send the form as a standalone link that you can share on social media and emails.
Do you collect recurring payments using Jotform? How are you using it? Let us know in the comments!

I am offering a monthly subscription payment on my form. Is there a way to set a specific payment date each month?

For years I have been using Jot Form and am very satisfied.
What I am waiting for is to be able to have in one form a sum total and then the client can choose how many installments they want to pay in (including one payment) and then the total monthly payment and the number of months to be billed is automatically calculated and transferred to paypal...
When will this be possible?
Thanks
