How CoverManager uses Jotform for Salesforce to help thousands of restaurants thrive

Jotform and Salesforce are both SaaS tools that help you get more done in less time. That’s one reason Jotform optimized its suite of products for the Salesforce AppExchange. Now users of Jotform and Salesforce can accomplish more than ever.

There’s another similarity that can’t be overlooked — each company has a global reach, with offices and users worldwide. So it’s no surprise that global companies, like CoverManager, use Jotform for Salesforce.

A Spanish tech company, CoverManager supports the restaurant industry by providing a powerful 360-degree CRM for guest experiences through bookings, ticketing, and payments. CoverManager starts its new client workflow with an online intake form created using Jotform and integrated with Salesforce.

To satisfy global demand, Claudia Corradini, marketing and communications executive at CoverManager, uses the settings in the Jotform Form Builder to automatically translate the form into six different languages. When the form is submitted, the data is seamlessly sent to CoverManager’s Salesforce CRM.

“It’s been a life changer for us,” she says. “We’d have to work way more without it.”

17K restaurants and counting

CoverManager works with 17,000 restaurants in more than 40 countries and counts some of the world’s best restaurants as clients — including two of the top four eateries listed by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, a yearly ranking of top dining destinations.

Corradini and her colleagues switched to Jotform in May 2020 after using another online form provider. Thus far, CoverManager has created nearly 150 forms and collected more than 5,000 form submissions with Jotform. Other use cases for CoverManager’s online forms include internal surveys, external surveys, and participation forms.

In addition to its intake form workflow, CoverManager integrates two other forms with Salesforce: a lead generation form for paid media campaigns and a contact form optimized for special events. The intake form is featured prominently in the CoverManger newsletter.

Through Jotform for Salesforce, CoverManager helps restaurants collect online reservations via multiple channels, build customer loyalty, and more. CoverManager’s solutions are vital in an industry with notoriously slim profit margins.

As for Corradini, she can skip language lessons and concentrate on helping CoverManager and its clients grow. Plus, she can use Jotform to create new forms, generate workflows, configure language settings, and more without leaving her Salesforce workspace.

“It’s intuitive. It’s easy,” Corradini says. “We use Jotform on almost a daily basis.”

Jotform for Salesforce evolved

Jotform for Salesforce debuted in September 2023. In typical Jotform fashion, our developers continued to refine the app so Jotform users could be even more efficient in their workflows.

We’re excited to announce five updates to Jotform for Salesforce. Headlining these is Salesforce Dynamic Prefill. This enhancement will automatically prefill forms with real-time Salesforce data, simultaneously saving time and improving data accuracy.

We’ll be at Dreamforce (find us at booth No. 1520!) in San Francisco to share how these updates can help your business thrive. Stop by to learn more about why Jotform is a go-to solution for businesses of all sizes and to see hands-on demonstrations of Jotform for Salesforce.

Or simply stop by to say hello. We love engaging with our customers, no matter the occasion. And when we learn about successful Jotform workflows like those at CoverManager, we love it even more. Want to share how Jotform automates your workflows? Please fill out this form and tell us all about it!
