    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set up your form as shown in the guide and use the Redirect to the landing page after submission option from the Thank You Page. To populate a Dropdown element in your Form 2, you must first configure the URL parameter with the URL of your landing page. Here's how to do it:

    1. You will need to determine the Dropdown element's Unique Name for Form 1.

    2. Next, find the Dropdown element's Unique Name for Form 2.
