Hi bdmerchendise,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you are looking for Sales and Return Records templates. Although we do not have the exact Sales and Return Record Templates available on our Templates Page, we do have several Sales Report forms available that you can try out. Let me walk you through how to check them:
1. Click on Templates in the menu bar at the top of the page and click Form Templates.
2. Input texts that you want to search in the Search bar and click the search icon. In my example, I searched for "Sales Report"
Here are several templates that you can check out:
3. You will see several templates such as content or intake forms. Hover over the template and click Preview if you want to check out the form.
4. Click Use Template if you want to start building your form.
5. If by any chance the fields do not suit your needs, you can always modify the template by simply removing and adding the fields.
- To remove fields, just click on it and then click the trash icon.
- To add fields, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down to the field element, and drag and drop an element to your form.
- You can also manage the fields by clicking on the gear icon and making changes from the Properties panel on the right.
For more information, I have moved your question about creating forms in this thread. I also created another thread for the first statement of your question to show you how to embed your form in your e-commerce website. You can check out my reply here.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
