Is there a way to have a custom message appear if they choose a date that does meet the perimeters?

Hi Academy Office,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Custom Message is possible with the use of Paragraph Element and Conditions. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, drag and drop a Date element and Paragraph element to your form.
- Hover on the Paragraph Element and click the Pencil Icon.
- Type and design your custom message. Click Save when done.
- Right-click on the Paragraph Element and choose Hide.
- In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the left pane, choose Conditions click Add New Condition.
- Set the conditions like below:
- Click Save. And that's it.
This is how it looks like after doing these steps:
You can check my cloned form here to test. You can also check out Conditional Logic for Forms.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
