“WebChat QA Forms - 2023” and “Agent Feedback Form” these are the one for which the mails are not coming through to our inbox.

Hi Ashwin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send me the link to your forms so I can take a look at it for you?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

I accidentally deleted one of the forms a month ago, but this is not found in the Thrash folder, as it says that the forms deleted will no longer be available in Thrash folder 30 days later.
However, can you please help us in retrieving the form from your backend by any chance? Thank you!
Also, the mails not receiving for the form link: https://form.jotform.com/213425080441445
Can you please check this?

Hello Ashwin,
Thanks for getting back and sharing the form link to us. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. I was able to receive the Notification email after form Submission. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Might be due to a cache issue, you are not able to receive the Notification email. Please clear your browsing cache and cookies and then try to load your form once. It should work after clearing the cache. If it still does not work, please delete the existing Notification email and add the new one.
Doing this might resolve your issue. Most of the time, removing and adding the notification email back to the form resolves most of the issues. It is really easy to do that. Let me show you how :
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
- While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
- Next, select Notification Email.
- Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field. Then, click on Save.
Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form.
As a precautionary measure, I have also cleared your account cache from the backend, which resolves cache related issues. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
I moved your other concern related to "retrieving the form" to a new thread and helped you with that here.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
