Asking for form templates that has Animal themes

Why are there no animal themes pages for pet sitters to use.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to using one of our templates with an Animal theme? You can check our form templates for pet-sitter-form and pet-lover. You can easily add an image to your form. to make it as a background image. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller Icon.
2. Under the Colors tab, click on Form Image or Page Image.
