Thank you page: Error when redirecting to an external link after submission.

Hello, I have a form with a redirect upon submission, but the redirect returns an error. I have attached an error screenshot, how can I solve it? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for patiently waiting. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. ​​I cloned your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for patiently waiting. I just heard from our Developer that this issue appears if the redirection URL does not support HTTP POST data. It can be fixed by disabling the Send Post Data in Form Settings. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Setting tab on the orange navigation bar.
2. Under Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
   
3. Scroll down and choose Disable in Send Post Data.
