when I tried to download my file in excel format I get an error message that says 'could not open in protected view'; That's never happened before. How do I change that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you confirm if you have successfully downloaded the file? If so, it seems the issue is with the Excel you're using. I found this post in Microsoft forum that may help you resolve the issue.
