Estoy necesitando saber si la suscripción de Jotform se debe renovar anualmente o es un solo pago por el uso de la plataforma.

Now, let me help you with your question. Jotform offers Monthly and Yearly subscriptions that get automatically renewed. We don't offer any one-time fee for use of the platform. I checked your account and noticed that you're currently having a Monthly Bronze Subscription for $39,-. This subscription will be automatically renewed every 25th of the Month.
