Status Field Outcome Based on Approver Reaction

    I assume in this example that if the approver Denied the request, then the Approval report will populate the Status field with 'Denied' instead of 'Approved'?

    Hi Maureen,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As you mentioned, the relevant field in the approval flow report is filled based on the approver's reaction. Check my screenshot below for an example of a denied approval:

    As you can see in my screenshot, if the approver denies the processes, the action will be labeled as Denied.
