Encryption 2.0: Ability to decrypt data using Jotform API?

    From this encrypted 2.0, how are we going to decrypt now all the data that was collected on jotforms API?

    Hi Justine,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked, actually, it is not yet possible to decrypt the submissions encrypted using Encryption 2.0. As this is launched a few weeks back. Let me check further regarding this. I will update you on this thread as soon as I have any update regarding this. If not I will escalate it as a feature request to our developers.

    Thanks for waiting, I have further checked and it is unfortunately currently not possible to decrypt data using Jotform API for Encryption 2.0. I have gone ahead and escalated it as a feature request to our developers. We will notify you on this thread as soon as we have an update on this.

    Will it be possible to do it if the subscription is in enterprise?

    Thanks for getting back to us. Enterprise accounts might not have a workaround for this feature. However, you can contact our Enterprise Sales team to confirm the functionality of this feature in the Enterprise account.
