How do I *change* approval status? One entry was mistakenly set to Denied, and I need to change it to Approved. How do I do this? Thank you.

Hi Impact,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can edit the submission entry to change the approval status from denied to approved. Let me show you how to do it:
- Go to the form's Inbox.
- Select the entry you wanted to change the approval status.
- Click on the Edit option available at the top right corner of the screen after clicking on the three dots next to Comment.
- Submit the form and you'll get an approval email again.
- From the Approval email, you can change the status to Approved.

Delete
Unstar
View Settings
Is there some option to make Edit available, or does it require a specific

Hi impactsonoma,
Thanks for getting back to us. As you are the form owner, you should log into your account and follow my colleague's steps to edit the submission and get the option to edit your submission. Also, you can make edits directly from the notification email you received after the form was submitted. As a result of the submission being edited, the approval flow automatically restarted.
After that, you can check your form's Inbox and you will get an Approval option again.
