Is it possible to upload outlook emails? We may need to attach emails to our forms. Otherwise, is there a workaround that is easier than saving the email as a PDF?

Hi Chantelle,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're looking to upload the email to the notification email you can do that on the settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the orange navigation bar.
- Go to Emails and go to Email.
- Go to the Email Content, and click on the Insert Image icon or Insert or Edit Link icon.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Sorry, I thought this was posted on an existing thread regarding file types allowed in upload fields.
I was hoping to allow .msg file extensions so that users can upload an email trail to our form if they need to.

Hello Chantelle,
Thanks for getting back to Jotform Support and for the additional information. You can check this guide on how to change the allowed file types in File Upload, you will see the default file types and try to add the file type you desired if it is supported by the form element.
Give it a try and let us know if you have other questions.
