I want to create a mask for codes like #123456 or #987654. How can I set the "# symbol" as obligatory at the beginning of the mask?

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since when enabling the Input Mask on the short text field it actually restricts the submission data to numbers when using the '#' symbol. What you can do instead is use the Masked Input Widget.
The Masked Input widget also works the same as when enabling Input Mask on the field however, this has an additional setting to add a prefix before the entered number. This way you can add the '#' symbol without it being replaced with a number.
