Request to update Jotform account username

As for the issue, if the account is paid, we'd be the ones to update the account username. Please share at least three usernames, and we'd update your account with the first available one. On the other hand, please note that changing the account username clears custom URLs, you'll have to create Custom Form URLs again after the username is updated if any of your forms use that feature.
