Other Box of Long Text Field Does Not Allow Data Input

    I have just created my first card and have needed to put an OTHER option in a multiple-choice question - it's not allowing any text to be written here though, is this possible?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on. When I added the Long Text field and Other option to it, I entered data successfully in the Other box. Please check out the screencast to see my result:

    Hi Brandon, thank you for your response - here is the link to the form. The question I am looking at is in multiple choice format, the final selection is OTHER however it won't allow any text once selected.

    Once you click on the Other option, you can type there. I have cleared your form cache. It always comes in handy if the issue is caused by a small glitch. Can you go ahead and try again?
