When I redirected it, it went to a blank page. Can someone help me? I used this code: https://form.jotform.com/230148375925056?businessName={businessName}&name={name}&email={email}&phoneNumber={phoneNumber}&companyWebsite={businessWebsite}&title={title} but when I hit submit, rather than go to the next form it just went to a blank page.
