Jotform mobile forms: unable to submission header view correctly

After I put in my fields that I want showing I click on the back arrow like the instructions say. However once I’m back looking at the submissions it still isn’t showing what I need it to because it didn’t save the view settings. Any suggestions?

Hello Annie,
I understand that you are using the Jotform mobile forms app. Are you using the Android or the iOS app?
Could you provide us with a video of your issue so that we could check further?
You can upload the video to any cloud storage location and provide us with the publicly shareable link on this ticket.
