My emails jump from INBOX to SPAM. After reporting NOT SPAM, goes back into SPAM

Hi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you’re having problems with your email. Did you add noreply@formresponse.com to your account and set up the email filters? If so, all emails coming from noreply@jotform.com should be sent to your Inbox and never to your Spam folder.
Please clear your browser cache or use a different browser or device to report the email as not spam and see how it goes.
