is there a way to have a "Retake" button underneath the quiz results?

Hi Sylvania,
Thanks for using Jotform. Yes, you can customize the quiz results page and include a link to redirect the user back to the blank form if he/she wants to re-take the quiz. You can follow the steps below on how you can do this:
1. On the Quiz App tool, check the Show Results to user after submission and then the Use Custom Results Page.
2. Next, you can set a text like "Retake". You can customize the text by increasing its font size or changing the font syle used.
3. Highlight the text and click the Insert/edit link(chain icon) on the toolbar
4. A small window will then pop out. Just enter your form URL on the Link URL field
5. Click the Insert button once you're done
By the way, you can also set the target if you want to open the link in the same window or on a new window. If you're displaying the correct answers, I would suggest opening the link in the same window so the user won't be able to compare the results with the quiz he/she is retaking.
And that's it! On the Results page, the user should be able to see and click the link which would redirect him/her back to the form without any answers. Sample screenshot below:
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
