Save and print chart

    I would like to know if it is possible to save or print the chart it makes - it shows an option that seems to allow you to save it, but the resulting file is not a known type of file and I can't open it.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

    Yes, you can download the chart but currently, the chart can be downloaded as PNG only.

    As a workaround, you might consider creating a Visual report and download it as PDF. Give it a try and let us know if it works for you or not.
