We would like to use the internal messaging feature on a form to communicate with the person filling out the form. How can we set up a notification that lets us know when someone has sent a message or reply, and also notifies them when we have sent a message or reply?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that email notifications are used when there are new submissions, edited submissions, or a reminder. May we know what you mean exactly by the internal messaging feature? As of this time, we currently do not have a messaging service using our platform.

What’s an AI Agent without Intelligence? Training AI Agents is easy. If you don’t want to manually add all the information, just start talking to your Agent under the Train tab, tell them what they need to know or do, and they’ll learn it right away.
AI Agents can do much more than simply respond to questions. Tools are one of the many great features of AI Agents. Using Tools, you can enhance your agent's capabilities. Taking notes, sending emails, and displaying media, items, and files to your customers are easy tasks for your AI Agent.
