Does Archiving a submission make the appointment slot available?

    If I archive a submission for an appointment booking, does this make the appointment available for booking again? Or does this only happen once the submission has been fully deleted from the trash?

    Hi Hannah!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

    Archiving the submission will allow other users to book the same slot.

    However, you can only move one slot to Archive. You can't have a second submission with the same slot moved to Archive as the slot will not be available if 2 submissions are archived for the same slot.
