I never get the zip drive emailed to me

    Thank you fo sending that info. My next question is that I have tried downloading the attachments numerous times and I never get the zip drive emailed to me.

    Hello Morgan,

    I checked our mail logs and it looks like the email with the zip file has been sent to you. I have cleared your form caches. Could you please clear your browser's cache as well? Then, download your attachments once again. Do not forget to check your spam/junk folder too.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
