Thank you for contacting support. If you wish to change your username, then we can do it for you. However, for security purposes, kindly login to your Jotform account first. Then, create a ticket requesting for your username to be changed. Do not forget to provide 3 possible usernames in order of preference. We will put the first one that we find available. Please note that only alphanumeric characters and underscore(_) are allowed in usernames.
