Reusable Dropdown Widget: Appears disabled and unclickable in form despite being set to Public

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it seems you don’t have any forms that use a Reusable Dropdown widget. Could you share the URL of the form in question so we can take a closer look?

    I seem to have 2 accounts currently. We just got access to our Enterprise account today and haven't had a chance to configure SSO.

    The form I was trying to use is on that other account efranco.
