Access Code Recovery: Unable to Access Form Entries

Hi there, please help as I have forgotten my access code and I am unable to access form entries that have been sent to my business

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you'd like to recover your access code to access submission entries on your form. Encrypted Forms use end-to-end encryption. Your access code is encrypted, meaning we also wouldn't be able to view the code. Because we cannot view your code, we also cannot access your data. If you lose your access code, the data cannot be recovered anymore.

To resume receiving new submissions, you must turn off the encryption for the form. Please note that this will not decrypt your previous submissions received with the old access code, which will remain inaccessible. Here's how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Toggle the Encrypt Form Data button to the OFF position.
3. Select Yes, Disable in the window that comes up.
