    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Encrypted forms use end-to-end encryption, so your access code is securely locked, even from us. If you lose or forget it, we won’t be able to recover your data. To stay safe, it’s a good idea to choose a code that’s easy to remember or store it somewhere secure.

If you're unable to remember your access code, we suggest disabling the form encryption feature from your form to make sure that future submissions are not encrypted. Let me show you how

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top.
    2. Next, in the Encrypt Form Data section, toggle it Off, and that's it.
