Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you have a concern regarding the Accessibility feature on the form.
When you look at the form, it doesn't do anything, but when the Accessibility feature is enabled, assistive technologies—such as screen readers—can properly interpret and navigate your forms. The widget works invisibly on the form on the backend.
