Account Management: Updating Account Owner Information

    PLEASE NOTE: The name associated with this account might still be Graham Davis, but all email and billing information was previously updated to and by me. I took over management of this account from him.

    Hi Bridget,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the account associated with your email address and can confirm that the account is still under the name Graham Davis. If you can access the account using your email address and password, you can change the name in the Account Settings. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.

    2. In the Dropdown menu that comes up, click on your name.

    3. On the right side of the page, under the Name section, click on Edit.

    4. Next, enter the new name you want to use and click on Save
