Request for Receipt Copy of £345.60 Service Purchase

    Good Morning, I need a copy of a receipt from yourselves for a service that was purchased by Cairn Emmerson in the sum of £345.60, please can this be emailed to me ASAP?

    Good morning! I’m not able to email receipts directly, but you can quickly download the official invoice/receipt for that payment from your Jotform account.

    Here’s how to get your receipt/invoice for a Jotform subscription payment:

    • Go to your account’s billing page here: Billing on my account.
    • If you’re already logged in, you’ll land on the Billing (or Upgrade) section of your Account Settings.
    • If you have a paid plan, you’ll see the Billing tab:
      • Click the Billing tab.
      • Scroll down to the Invoices section.
      • Look for the invoice that matches the amount £345.60 and the payer Cairn Emmerson.
      • Click the Invoice ID to view it, or click the Download icon to save a PDF copy of the receipt.
    • If you are on the Starter/Free plan, the Billing tab is not available:
      • Instead, go to the Upgrade tab/section.
      • There you’ll also see your Invoices or payment history.
      • Find the matching invoice and click the Download icon to get your receipt.

    If you’d like, tell me the Jotform username or the email address of the Jotform account that made the purchase (don’t share any passwords), and I can guide you more precisely on where to look for that specific invoice.

    Good Morning,
    Thank you for the below, however, my query has not been resolved as I haven’t received a copy of the invoice/receipt for the purchase Cairn Emmerson made to yourselves last month on his credit card, please can this be issued as a priority?

    The subscription payment amount that you have referred to is linked to the account with email address qua**ty@abgint.com. Please contact the account owner of that account to log in and get the receipt for the payment from the Account billing page as explained by the AI agent above.

    Good Afternoon,
    Unfortunately I can’t get them to log in as they have now left the business, which is why I’m asking for a copy of the invoice/receipt as we are unable to log into the account to print the document, please can a copy be emailed to me?

    Hi Simone,

    While we understand your situation, we need to make sure that only registered customers or users in our system have access to existing accounts, especially when it involves highly sensitive data. But if you have access to the email address of a former employee, you can send a reset password link to be able to log in to that account. 

    But if you don't have access to the user's email, you can submit an Account Recovery Request. And our relevant team will review your request. Make sure to include proof of business ownership or authorization (e.g., billing details, card used) for the team to verify the legitimacy of your request. Once you recover the account, you will be able to download all the invoices.
