Account Email Change: Unable to Verify Old Email for Form Ownership

    The attached document is of the original questionnaire form used to create the original form, Background Profile. I worked at Franchise Building Expert for about 10 yrs and now I work for myself and do not have access to that email. I was just informed that I still had "FBE" logos on my form and I saw my email was still the old one. When I went to change it I needed to verify through that email which doesnt exist any longer.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're trying to access an old account whose email you don't have access to, we suggest filling out the Account Recovery form. This will allow our team to verify you as the account owner and help you update its email address.

    Once the email address is updated, then you can reset its password and log in to your account. At Jotform, we take account security seriously. This process is in place to ensure that account access is only provided to correctly verified and authorized account owners.
