    Is it possible to edit how the data pulls into google sheets vs just on a new row.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to clarify, did you mean you’d like the Google Sheets integration to send submission data into a custom layout or specific cells instead of adding each new submission as a new row? If so, just note that the native Google Sheets integration works by adding each new submission as a new row, with the form fields shown as columns.

    To work around this, you can keep the integrated sheet as your main data source, then create another file that pulls data from that main source. From there, you can organize the data the way you want using Google Sheets formulas, filters, or other formatting. This lets you customize your view without breaking the integration, so new submissions still appear as new rows in the integrated sheet.
