    Hello,

I would like a way to set the name of the File in Salesforce to the name of the document set in Jotform. Some folks receive multiple forms from us to sign, but it is difficult to discern in Salesforce which forms have been signed without clicking into and previewing the file. We need to easily read Files from a report.

    Hi Corinne,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can update the file name of the Sign Document through the Sign Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Sign Builder, click on the Settings tab in the navigation bar at the top.
    2. Next, under the File Name, click on the Pencil icon.
    3. Update the File name as needed and that's it.
