    Eu fiz um cancelamento de uma assinatura anual faz um bom tempo, mas o cancelamento dela foi em menos de 30 dias de assinatura, é assim eu fiquei esperando o reembolso mas não caiu, eu queria solicitar meu reembolso pois não usufruir nada da assinatura na qual eu tinha assinado, eu já tentei encontrar dados da assinatura e do cancelamento dentro do site mas não achei, gostaria do meu dinheiro de volta

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and found that it’s currently on the Starter plan, and I couldn’t find any billing history or previous paid subscription under this account. Could you share the email address of the account in question? You can also share the following details instead, so we can locate the account connected to the charge on your card:

    • The last payment amount:
    • The last transaction date:
    • The last four digits of your card:
    • The expiration date of your card:
    • The type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.):

    Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.
