Hello, I need help with a feature in Jotform related to file attachments.

Currently, when a user submits the form, uploaded files keep their original filename (for example: `001234.pdf`).

What I need is for the uploaded file to be automatically renamed after form submission using values from specific form fields.

    Example required format:

    `{first_name}_{last_name}_{pension_system}.pdf`

    For example:

    `juan_perez_afpmodelo.pdf`

    I would like to know:

    * Is it possible to automatically rename uploaded files in Jotform after submission?

    * Is there any native configuration, workflow, or integration that supports this?

    * Can the renamed file also keep the new filename in the final storage location?

    Hi Facultad,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, there's no built-in feature that will automatically rename uploaded files after submission. Files uploaded through the File Upload element will keep their original filename as uploaded by the user.

Additionally, if you'd like to have a dynamic file name for PDF output, this guide will show you the steps on how to rename the PDF output.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help out with.
