Selfie Capture: Only Blur or Retake Options Available Causing Endless Loop

When I take the selfie, the only options available are blur or retake. It's an endless loop. I don't know what blur means.

I got it to work. It was odd how it wanted me to verify the email address
in the middle of uploading the selfie and I didn't quite follow that at
first.
