Account Management: How to Cancel Recurring Subscription

How do I cancel my account!

You can cancel your Jotform subscription anytime and your account will automatically move to the free Starter plan at the end of your current billing period.

To cancel your subscription (downgrade to Free):

• Go to your My Workspace page and click your Profile Picture/Avatar in the top-right corner.
• In the menu, click Settings to open your Account Settings in a new tab.
• On the left side, click Billing, then click Change Plan.
• Select the Starter (Free) plan and follow the on-screen instructions.
