    I filled out a wedding contract for a couple, and I need to email the completed form to them so they can sign it. How do I do that?

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Click Settings, then Jotform Sign.
    3. Turn on Enable Jotform Sign Automation.
    4. Select the email field from Select Email Field.
    5. Choose a PDF document from Select a PDF Document, or create a new PDF document if you do not have one yet.
    6. Turn on Send Audit Trail if you want that included.

    After that, the completed document can be sent for signing through Jotform Sign, and signed documents can be downloaded from Sign Inbox. Once the signing is completed, signees also receive a copy of the signed document in their email inbox.

    Let me continue helping you from here. You can easily manually prepopulate your form before sending it to your client. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

    2. Under the Prefill tab on the left side of the screen, click on Manual Prefill.

    3. Then, click on the Add a New Prefill button.

    4. Partially fill out the form, and then click on Create on the top-right side of the page.

    5. On the right side of the generated link, click on the Three Dots icon, and then click on Copy URL or Send Invitation.

    6. Then, in the Send Invitation window, enter the user's email address in the Recipients field.

    7. Finally, enter a message in the Message section, and then click on Send Invitation
