Accounts Suspended

    Hi,

    Both my accounts have been suspended immediately after signing up for no reason what so ever?

    Please can you review.

    Hi Alex,

    I took a look at the two accounts and found that both of them were suspended for collecting login credentials. This is not allowed as per Jotform's Terms of Use. If you remove the fields collecting that information from your forms, the Support team can contact the relevant Jotform team to review the forms and un-suspend your accounts.

    Hi Alex,

    When I checked your accounts, I noticed that they were auto-suspended by our system because your forms titled Keyholder Authorization Form & Keyholder Access Authorization Form include fields to collect sensitive information, which violates our Terms of Use. For us to lift the suspension, we’ll need your confirmation to remove the relevant fields from your form.
