HIPAA Compliance: Viewing Incomplete Saved Form Submissions Not Available

The form I'm working with is enabled to save the form to continue later. I have found the list of incomplete submissions. However, the only option is to "delete" the submission and there is no option to view. We are using HIPAA compliant version. Does this restrict this option? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The View button is not available when using HIPAA Friendly forms. But, you'll still be able to access incomplete submissions using the following link template:

https://hipaa.jotform.com/draft/{sessionID}

Just replace the {sessionID} with the session ID showing in your incomplete submission table.
